The luggage is satisfactory, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. They market the removable wheels as a feature to enhance capacity while meeting carry-on standards, which is true. Unfortunately, I lost a wheel (the airline's fault, though I should have removed them before checking the bag) and have been trying to buy a replacement for weeks—both in-person at several locations and online. The staff ranged from empathetic to unhelpful, and I've received NO response to my multiple online requests. I’ll give it one more week; otherwise, I’ll be donating it.

I am genuinely impressed. In this age of capitalism, a bag manufacturer from southern Italy still knows how to treat customers with respect. My trolley was repaired at no cost to me, reminiscent of a time when customers were treated as individuals rather than just sources of revenue. I'm truly impressed.
