The wheel of our suitcase was broken during the travelling in January 2023. I went to the nearest CARPISA shop at Skopje City Mall. They told me that the request will be sent to the CARPISA in Italy and when they send back the wheel, I will be informed. After waiting almost 3 months, I wrote an email to the CARPISA contact center.Amaizing! For less than 10 day the wheel arrived in the shop and now is mounted on my suitcase.Thanks a lot to CARPISA main office.
