Do not got to this store for a suitcase or bag! I went in to by a suitcase and a they never told me anything about the return or exchange policy (while I was talking about refunding it if needed). didn’t ask me if I wanted the wheels on my hand luggage they just popped it on knowing I might of needed to return it. Two days later I went in to return it and they said “I can’t return something that has been used” I said “no one told me that, they never said do you want the wheels on or do you want to carry it nore does it said I can’t return something that’s been used” they never gave me a refund the instead suggested that I exchange it for something more expensive. They are money hungry and the manager was rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say instead suggested that I pay more money for a bigger one? Never have I come into such rude, unpleasant contact with a store before and never again will I step foot inside. All they care about is selling the products not how the customers feel or how they are treated
