I bought a nice suitcase in Rome a couple of years ago. However, when I tried to change the code of ths TSA lock, it broke. I contacted Carpisa about the issue, and they promised to give me a new one next time I went to Italy. I told them when I planned to go to my next trip, and which store I could visit, and they’ll give informations to this store.When I visited this store today, in Florence, they would gladly give me a new lock, even for free! This is what I call good service, and I don’t hesitate to do another shop there another time. I’m very happy to get a new lock to my lovely suitcase, and thank’s a lot for your good support Carpisa!
