After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the company showed no interest in helping. They blamed me for selecting a 'Show Plates' option that wasn't even clearly available on their website. The plates are well-made, but the treatment from customer service has left a bad impression. I cannot recommend this service due to their lack of support.
