STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER. The service provided non-compliant number plates, lacking essential markings for legality. Their website misleadingly defaults to a 'Custom Plate' option, leading customers to believe they are ordering standard plates. When I raised the issue, I received one dismissive reply before all communication ceased. No solution was offered, leaving me to seek a refund through my credit card provider and report the issue to authorities. The product was unusable, communication was unprofessional, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. *UPDATE*: Still no response or assistance.
Disappointing experience. I ordered plates on November 2nd. The first delivery seemed to vanish, and the second was promised as express delivery but still hasn't arrived. Supposedly, the driver couldn't find my address, which is surprising given the amount of online orders I receive. I can't find a contact number for the seller. Is this a scam?
I ordered five number plates on the evening of November 11th and realized I needed one more. I emailed customer service that night and received a helpful response early the next morning. All six plates were dispatched that day and arrived from Jersey within two days. They look excellent and include all necessary legal markings. Overall, exceptional service and a seamless experience — thank you!
I ordered number plates in good faith and was initially pleased with them. However, I noticed that the necessary markings were missing, rendering them illegal. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the company showed no interest in helping. They blamed me for selecting a 'Show Plates' option that wasn't even clearly available on their website. The plates are well-made, but the treatment from customer service has left a bad impression. I cannot recommend this service due to their lack of support.
The plate arrived quite promptly. However, the pink border is not as bright as advertised, which I don't mind too much. Unfortunately, there is a hair embedded in the plate, which is a bit off-putting. Additionally, I doubt the letter sizing and spacing are compliant despite being labeled as 'standard sizing.'
I ordered a new set of plates on November 8th, realizing I forgot to include spacing but managed to correct my order in time. My plates arrived on November 11th, beautifully packaged and of superb quality. I'm very pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend this service.
