At the airport, we spent a long time searching for someone at arrivals around 15:00, but we found no one. After getting internet access, we contacted the rental service, and after lengthy calls, we were told to wait another 10 minutes despite already waiting over half an hour. We explained that we were traveling with elderly people and couldn’t keep them waiting, so we had to take a taxi back to our hotel. The representatives were unfriendly and unhelpful; I will not use this service again! Choose a more respectful option.
