Avoid this service. We rented a vehicle near the airport, and the first car had a malfunctioning brake that the representative claimed was "normal." We requested a replacement, but the second vehicle was dirty inside. We were told to return it washed, which was a first for me. We agreed not to clean the interior due to its condition. There was no chance to discuss further as the representatives hurried out and locked the office. When we had questions, the contact number was unreachable.
At the airport, we spent a long time searching for someone at arrivals around 15:00, but we found no one. After getting internet access, we contacted the rental service, and after lengthy calls, we were told to wait another 10 minutes despite already waiting over half an hour. We explained that we were traveling with elderly people and couldn’t keep them waiting, so we had to take a taxi back to our hotel. The representatives were unfriendly and unhelpful; I will not use this service again! Choose a more respectful option.

My experience with this service was utterly unacceptable. Their main goal seemed to be forcing me into purchasing full insurance, completely ignoring customer service. They refused to accept my valid payment card, causing me to miss out on the vehicle I had already paid for. I ended up spending an additional €95 with another company that provided a vehicle without issues. Due to the delays caused by this service, I missed an important business meeting. As someone experienced in the car rental industry, I can confidently say that their behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this service, as they employ pressure tactics and show no regard for customers.
We arrived at the rental office near the airport on time, only to find it in a rundown and unsafe area shared with other companies. No one was present, and it felt like an illegal operation. When we called the number on the reservation, we were told that the representative was at a different location and insisted we pay for additional insurance costing around $400 USD. Despite having already paid for insurance during booking, they refused to listen and demanded our credit card information. We declined to provide this over the phone, suspecting a scam. After being left stranded without a car and needing to reach an appointment, we eventually found a vehicle elsewhere, but I do not recommend this service at all.
This small company provided excellent and friendly service, with a more affordable CDW block on my credit card. They responded promptly to any queries. I was very pleased with the entire experience, which was far superior to my recent experiences with larger companies.
My experience mirrored another review I read. Upon arrival, the representative insisted I pay for additional coverage or a large deposit. I was given a poorly maintained vehicle instead of what I booked. The staff later tried to charge me for damages that were not documented at the time of rental. Fortunately, I had insurance to cover the excess, but the experience was frustrating and left a negative impression on my trip.
