They refused to accept my valid payment card, causing me to miss out on the vehicle I had already paid for. I ended up spending an additional €95 with another company that provided a vehicle without issues. Due to the delays caused by this service, I missed an important business meeting. As someone experienced in the car rental industry, I can confidently say that their behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this service, as they employ pressure tactics and show no regard for customers.
