We arrived at the rental office near the airport on time, only to find it in a rundown and unsafe area shared with other companies. No one was present, and it felt like an illegal operation. When we called the number on the reservation, we were told that the representative was at a different location and insisted we pay for additional insurance costing around $400 USD. Despite having already paid for insurance during booking, they refused to listen and demanded our credit card information. We declined to provide this over the phone, suspecting a scam. After being left stranded without a car and needing to reach an appointment, we eventually found a vehicle elsewhere, but I do not recommend this service at all.
