No reply to email and phone number doesn't work, I have requested PayPal to investigate as that's how I paid.Car racks doesn't really exist, it's Mick's garage and seems to be in Ireland.UPDATE having some investigation via PayPal the seller has a third company name: CREAN SOLUTIONS
