Ordered a paddleboard , it arrived a little behind the 2-3 days but not too late considering it was Christmas time so I expected delays. I had no update to track delivery from the delivery company but this isn’t something Car Racks can control. I did get an email saying it was going through customs and to expect a charge but I didn't get a charge and later found out this is an automatic email sent from the parcel company. The item is great and exactly as described. Great value for money. Thank you
