Awful customer service Misinformation on the weights ratings shownAwful delivery serviceFor example I bought a roof rack rated for 75kg, when the item arrived the manually only stated 60kg. Now through customer service they have quoted 50kg. Not only is this dangerous as you could overload your roof rack and cause a serious crash, but it’s also illegal. I have reported this company (and micks garage as they are the same company) to the trading standards authorities and hope many others do as well. Do not use this company or micks garage!!
