I purchased a mobile device that isn't functioning properly; it shuts down unexpectedly and won't update. When I asked to return it, I was informed that a third party had to handle the return process. The customer service was lacking, and it was difficult to get in touch with them or the third party. I do not recommend purchasing from this store.
