I had an extremely disappointing experience with the support team today! I placed an express order at 6 PM and still haven't received anything! I've been the one making calls to track the order as it's late, and I need to sleep, but all I've received are empty promises. To make matters worse, I received a notification stating that my order was canceled because the rider couldn't reach me, yet I've been waiting for your call this entire time! Why would I ignore the rider's call while repeatedly contacting your team for updates? Additionally, I provided my estate name and house number, so it should be straightforward for someone to reach the gate and have security confirm my address! None of this has been done! Your team casually suggests that I should call the rider myself—whose responsibility is that? How is this supposed to make my experience easier? I pay for an order, call the store multiple times for updates, and still have to reach out to the rider for follow-up! Wouldn't it be simpler to just go to a store? Please improve your service! The only person who attempted to assist was a representative. I was promised delivery within 60-110 minutes, yet here I am, three hours later, with no delivery.
