⭐ Very Disappointed with Carrefour Customer Service!I bought a Beko dishwasher from Carrefour, and they delivered a damaged product. The delivery guy told me that if the item was damaged, I could call Carrefour customer service to replace it. He also showed me a blank column on his tablet and asked me to sign just to confirm I received the item, not that it was perfect.After I called Carrefour customer service, they said I signed that the item was in perfect condition, so no replacement would be done. I explained what the delivery guy told me, but they refused to help.I paid cash for this item, and now I’m stuck with a damaged dishwasher. This is very bad service from Carrefour. They should be more honest and take responsibility for damaged deliveries.
