Delivery is often late, and the one-hour delivery window is not helpful.At night, there is no delay notice . the order just arrives much later (for example, around 3h delay ).If someone orders at 10 pm, you should clearly state that the delivery will arrive around 1 am . I might not even be awake.Please improve delivery accuracy and communication.
My order is late for more than three days and when i communicate with carrfour customer service,they told me that the address is incorrect.I told the that it is the same address they delivered to me before.They told me that the delivery company that they deal with is saying that. Why should i wait till you communicate with the company that carrefour is dealing with in delivery.The worst thing is that carrefour is asking me to communicate with the delivery company to get my order.They are not taking people time seriously. My order is not delivered uptill now hust because carrefour is not responding to me after 48 hours of Whatsapp chats.It is really my worst experience to buy online ever. I do not recommend carrefour online to anyone.
Ordered A fridge. There was many different sellers and cheaper than Carrefour but chose Carrefour and paid AED 200 more than cheapest option, thinking if any issues Carrefour will sort them. Fridge arrived with dents on the side and the invoice was from another company and not Carrefour. When I complained to Carrefour they just passed the complaint to the other company. Do NOT buy anything electrical from Carrefour as it seems they are just buying cheap from other providers and selling at an extortionate price with no customer services.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable handling of my cooker order with Carrefour, which has now been ongoing for over three weeks without resolution.This situation has been marked by repeated service failures, poor communication and an unreasonable lack of accountability from both Carrefour and the supplier.Order Timeline & Sequence of Events1 January: I placed an order for a cooker.9 January: The cooker was scheduled for delivery.On that day, I received a call from the delivery driver informing me that the item could not be delivered because it was damaged at the warehouse.16 January: The cooker was finally delivered; however, it arrived missing an essential power cable required to connect it to the electricity supply.This raises an obvious and serious question: How is a customer expected to use a cooker that cannot even be switched on?Delivering an appliance without a required component makes it unusable.Ongoing Customer Service FailureSince the delivery, I have contacted Carrefour repeatedly in an effort to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue.To date:* I have spoken to six different consultants, each providing inconsistent information.* I have been repeatedly assured that the missing part would be delivered “immediately.”* Promises were made but never followed through.* At no point was I proactively updated - I have had to chase Carrefour myself at every stage.Unacceptable OutcomeOn my most recent follow-up call yesterday (Friday, 23 January 2026), I was told that I would need to purchase the missing cable myself.This is completely unacceptable.Why was I not informed at the time of purchase that an essential cable would need to be bought separately?Why did multiple consultants confirm that the supplier would provide and deliver it?And most importantly, why am I now being asked to pay for an error that is not mine?This situation has deprived me of the ability to cook for my household for weeks. The inconvenience and unfair treatment are significant.
They are giving very bad quality products in their brands, please never buy their brands and their local products like butter, cheese, paneer all of these are fully chemical based and taste horrible, don't get attracted with cheap pricing they don't even worth that.
