However, my subsequent reservation in Atlanta has led me to reconsider using this service again, highlighting the importance of selecting the right rental company. While choosing a vehicle, I noticed a message stating that cancellations were 'flexible.' Yet, after completing my booking, I discovered that the cancellation fee was nearly the same as the rental cost. I was also informed that another agency would handle the rental. I specifically chose a credit card for the reservation due to its rental car coverage, along with my comprehensive automotive insurance. At the Atlanta airport, I learned that I could utilize either my auto insurance or the credit card coverage, but not both. Additionally, I had to pay an extra $15 per day for loss of use coverage on my auto insurance, which is a policy I've never encountered with any rental service before.
