My reservation was for after 10:00 p.m. at the airport, but they booked it with a rental company that closes before that time. The confirmation document didn't mention the rental company's hours. I tried reaching out to both the service and the rental company before my trip, but there was no response. The service informed me they close early at the airport, which I confirmed online, leading me to believe I could still get the car directly—this turned out to be incorrect. I'm sharing this to warn others, as leaving families stranded at the airport late at night is unacceptable, especially without guidance. In the end, I had to pay much more than I expected for an airport rental.
