This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had! They overbooked and gave my car to someone else, and the agent was incredibly rude and indifferent. I spent three hours finding another vehicle during spring break and ended up paying four times more than I expected. Please avoid this service as they frequently change their name, but their poor ethics remain.
