I used this service at the airport and received a car with significant stains on the back seat. When I complained, they were dismissive and said there were no other cars available, dropping me off at the airport rental center. All other agencies were out of cars, and when I finally found one, I had to pay the no reservation rates, costing me an extra $325 for four days. I would never use this service again; their staff showed no respect for customers.
