A 150euros order (1 track and 2 additional cars). Only one out of three items dispatched and received (a car). I received a mail saying that the rest of the order should be dispatched later. I was informed that i should call them or reply to the mail if i wanted to cancel the order.Trying to get in touch with them since mid-December 2025, cause this was ment to be a Christmas present. From phone calls (in three different call centers/numbers), only to have an automated message in German (i don't speak German), to multiple e-mails to whatever e-mail address i could find, whether it is Carrera or Revell. I also tried through the request section directly on their official site, but this didn't change anything.This is the worst after sales service.I thought it was a legitimate brand so i didn't take a look at comments before purchase. Now i just discourage anyone from buying from them. Save your money and your time by looking elsewhere.
