Review Time
I placed an order worth 150 euros (1 track and 2 additional cars), but only one out of the three items was dispatched and received (a car). I received an email stating that the remaining items would be sent later, and I was advised to call or respond to the email if I wished to cancel the order. Since mid-December 2025, I've been trying to reach out to them, as this was meant to be a Christmas gift. My attempts included phone calls to three different numbers, only to encounter an automated message in German (which I do not understand), along with multiple emails to various addresses I could find, whether for the company or another related entity. I also tried the request section on their official site, but nothing changed.
This has been the worst after-sales service I've experienced. I assumed it was a reputable brand and didn't check reviews before purchasing. Now, I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. Save your money and time by looking elsewhere.
The store kindly sent me a message on December 11, 2025 that due to supply problems, my order worth €100 would not be ready during the Christmas holidays, but would only be available in 2026. Based on this, I cancelled the order on December 13, 2025 and sent a refund request again on December 15 and 21, and January 7, 2026. To this day, I have not received a refund - people, this is STEAL!
A delivery timeframe is guaranteed, yet days go by without the order being shipped or any real information being provided.After the initial order confirmation, customer service simply does not exist. The only responses received are automatic, always identical and clearly AI-generated messages, which provide no information, solve nothing and offer no possibility of human contact.At such a sensitive time, with Christmas gifts that will not arrive, this complete lack of responsibility and seriousness is unacceptable. The experience feels like a scam, with no consideration whatsoever for the customer.I regret not having read other customers’ reviews beforehand. Very negative experience. STAY AWAY!
My order was placed in November, yet I continue to receive the same generic response, without any concrete solution or confirmed delivery date.Referring to a high volume of orders does not justify why an order placed in November has still not been delivered, nor why repeated follow-ups remain unanswered.I therefore request a specific and individual response regarding my order and an immediate resolution

The customer service has become absolutely non existent,for 4 months nobody has taken care about my not working club account only took the money for membership which is now nothing but worthless. Shame what has become of that otherwise great company.
I bought 3 slot cars which have been sent 4 months later. When I bought this order a present was included after having spent more then 200€. The presence never arrived and I have been told that this promotion was not including france. This was not mentionned in th purchese when I made de order.
