The store kindly sent me a message on December 11, 2025 that due to supply problems, my order worth €100 would not be ready during the Christmas holidays, but would only be available in 2026. Based on this, I cancelled the order on December 13, 2025 and sent a refund request again on December 15 and 21, and January 7, 2026. To this day, I have not received a refund - people, this is STEAL!
