The only responses received are automatic, always identical and clearly AI-generated messages, which provide no information, solve nothing and offer no possibility of human contact.At such a sensitive time, with Christmas gifts that will not arrive, this complete lack of responsibility and seriousness is unacceptable. The experience feels like a scam, with no consideration whatsoever for the customer.I regret not having read other customers’ reviews beforehand. Very negative experience. STAY AWAY!
