I placed an order worth 150 euros (1 track and 2 additional cars), but only one out of the three items was dispatched and received (a car). I received an email stating that the remaining items would be sent later, and I was advised to call or respond to the email if I wished to cancel the order. Since mid-December 2025, I've been trying to reach out to them, as this was meant to be a Christmas gift. My attempts included phone calls to three different numbers, only to encounter an automated message in German (which I do not understand), along with multiple emails to various addresses I could find, whether for the company or another related entity. I also tried the request section on their official site, but nothing changed.
This has been the worst after-sales service I've experienced. I assumed it was a reputable brand and didn't check reviews before purchasing. Now, I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. Save your money and time by looking elsewhere.
