My first experience with Carroll's Sports Cove was good. They rushed a canopy for me in mid-November. Unfortunately, UPS lost my package.By the time UPS confirmed they had lost the package, it was mid-December. At that point, UPS simply needed the sender to file a claim for me to receive my money back.I contacted Carroll's Sports Cove via email with no response. As it was peak Christmas shopping season, I waited a few weeks. I've emailed multiple times since Christmas with no response from Carroll's Sports Cove. Of course, you cannot call because you get a message that tells you to email them, but they are not responsive.Do not shop on this website. Once they have your money, it's all over.
