Ordered a MInnesota Wild mini hockey helmet and received a plain white (no Wild decals) helmet that’s not NHL licensed (as stated in their product description) and to top it off the plastic case it’s housed in has a piece of the dome broken and missing (not even in the shipping box) and the box arrived in pristine condition so that clearly states the wrong helmet with its damaged cover/dome was knowingly shipped by Carrols Spirts Cove. I called the provided phone number to try to get this matter resolved and I too heard the prerecorded message stating they were not taking phone calls and to contact them via email, I reached out via email and am still awaiting their response (which after seeing their reviews I know that isn’t coming). I would strongly encourage anyone reading this review to heed my warning and not do business with this company, there are plenty of reputable companies out there, but unfortunately this Is Not one of them… Buyer Beware!PS- if I could give them a zero in my rating of them I would… One is something and these clowns are nothing.
