Got to Italy today. Went to pick up the car from the airport...1.The rental company is NOT at the airport, have to get a shuttle. Annoying because we selected AT the airport for rental companies. 2.Got there and they wanted an international driver's licence, v despite the fact that NONE OF THE PAPERWORK TOLD ME THIS WAS A REQUIREMENT 3.Car rental company will not cancel as the booking was made through booking.com4.Booking. Com impossible to get in contact with. I've been messaging but nothing yet I'm hoping to get money back. Do not book with this company. What a nightmare!!
