I made an appointment to view one of their vehicles for 1:00 PM, and I waited for 50 minutes without anyone approaching me. Finally, as I was about to leave, someone came over. I expressed my frustration about wasting my time, especially since it wasn't busy at all. They clearly do not value anyone's time. I left and found another vehicle elsewhere and purchased it instead. I will not consider this service again, and it's a definite thumbs down from me.
