I was very happy with my experience. I was reluctant at first as I was worried it might be a scam because it sounded too good to be true but it was legit. Everything they promised, they delivered. No pressure to drop off the car until you receive your money. They even fast tracked the process for me because they knew I was going to buy another car over the weekend.

I made an appointment to view one of their vehicles for 1:00 PM, and I waited for 50 minutes without anyone approaching me. Finally, as I was about to leave, someone came over. I expressed my frustration about wasting my time, especially since it wasn't busy at all. They clearly do not value anyone's time. I left and found another vehicle elsewhere and purchased it instead. I will not consider this service again, and it's a definite thumbs down from me.
