The service is highly unreliable and seems to engage in questionable practices. I had reserved a vehicle on 4th November 2025 at their location in Pune, paying an advance of Rs. 25000/-. For two days, they couldn't provide necessary documents like the registration certificate and insurance. There were discrepancies between the information given by their team and what was available on the official portal. It's disappointing that a company of their stature would withhold important details from potential buyers. They also denied an undercarriage inspection. Due to concerns about the vehicle's accident history, I decided to cancel my booking. The team unjustly deducted Rs. 3000/- as fees despite no fault on my part. I contacted their customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, after a month of following up, they refused to refund the amount. I later discovered many similar negative experiences from others regarding this service. Exercise caution when dealing with such an untrustworthy and unprofessional organization.
