What should have been a simple matter took months to resolve and ended up in court. After purchasing a vehicle, I found several defects. The agreed reimbursement for the repairs I had to arrange dragged on for months, with continuous delays and requests for documents, despite submitting everything multiple times. I had initially tried to prevent this situation by asking them to take the car for repairs, but they refused. I also requested to be sent to their own garages for direct handling, which was declined again, forcing me to manage everything myself. Communication was sluggish, and only after I filed a formal Small Claims case did things start moving. Once the case began, they settled everything, including court fees. I didn't pursue this for the money, but on principle. Other reviews suggest similar issues arise only after considerable pressure. While the initial sales interaction was pleasant, I advise keeping all correspondence in writing, verifying documents thoroughly, and being ready to escalate if necessary. Unfortunately, sometimes legal action is the only way to resolve even simple matters.
