Saw a car on the website and went over to see it (90 miles from home). Test drove it and liked it, decided to purchase and trade my current vehicle in against it. Ali was very friendly for a start, got everything sorted and I paid an extra £200 for the diamondbrite treatment. We were told that it usually takes 10 days to prepare and MOT and he would phone when it was ready, he estimated it to be ready the following Tuesday. Long story short, nearly a week after it was meant to be ready, we could collect it. I may add that to this day i have never had a single call, I had to repeatedly call Ali and ask when it would be ready. So 2 weeks after seeing the car, we go to collect. It doesn't look like it's been diamondbrite treated as the paintwork still feels gritty! Engine bay had a thick layer of dust on which we were told would be cleaned before we picked it up.....it wasn't! Car was advertised as having a towbar, it's a volvo detachable one which didn't lock in and had no keys so that cost us £160 to replace when we got home. My old car finance was a whole other problem. It took me 2.5 weeks of phone calls to get Ali to pay this off! Apart from having to replace the towbar we are really happy with the car so far! But I'd still recommend you don't buy from cars4you ltd!
