I traded my vehicle at this branch after seeing another one through a different platform. While I'm satisfied with the new vehicle, I noticed they are selling my traded vehicle at a much higher price than quoted. I was promised a payment that would take three to five working days, but eight days later, I still haven't received it and am seeking legal advice. When I called for updates, I was met with untrained staff who were unhelpful and at times rude. Previously, I had written a positive review, but now I feel misled and in debt due to the delayed payment. Please be cautious when dealing with this company!
