Took 30 minutes for a taxi to even be assigned then it was assigned after 25 minutes said the driver was 1 minute away then changed back saying assigning driver. I called the office and they said the car had broken down (BULLSHIT). then another 10-15 mins waiting for it to be assigned then it was finally assigned only to say “2 mins away” when it was a 10 minute drive away from our pick up point. Terrible company and the call handlers are so extremely rude especially the lady with the high pitched voice and the other lady that sounds like a man and another lady was picked up at our location before us when she arrived after.
