If I could giveNO stars, this company and it's owners Mr and Mrs Mohammed Usman, would certainly deserve that rating.I really wish we had read these reviews before my daughter bought her Fiesta from the Dunfermline branch. She was promised " anything needing done will be fixed before you take delivery " and"Don't worry, you have a fantastic warranty if anything goes wrong "What it should have said was- if you could see it, we will do the bare minimum tomato it look like its fixed. On the subject of the warranty- the "Wear & Tear" section refers to every yard covered since it left the production line, and NOT since we sold it to you.Problems became clear five WEEKS after purchase but were they interested?Documents that " hadn't come ip with the car" but they would post/email them on.A sales manager who has no problems breaking postage laws in opening / reading/ replying to mail clearly marked Private & Confidential, F.a.o.. reading these reviews, his main role appears to be bullying/ harassing young buyers unhappy with the junk his staff have sold.Mohammed Usman doesn't reply to emails or Privste Messages on Facebook. By the looks of it, far too busy spending the results of his bottom drawer scheme. His local mosque doesn't acknowledge knowing him, so he's obviously a real pillar of the community. As for the car, after a month and many conversations the warranty company ( which no garage locally will deal direct with) miserably agreed to pay just over £200 from a required spend of nearly £1200 needed to make this vehicle safe and running. If Cars4you had just slapped the extra £1k on the asking price she could have avoided all this heartbreak. To Summarise;-DO NOT BUY FROM MOHAMMED USMAN. his "sales manager " or staff.STAY WELL AWAY FROM CARS4YOU
