Dunfermline branch nothing short of ridiculous. 5 weeks since i bought the car, no V5. DVLA confirmed no application or request has been received from them to register the car. When we got the car the car was in a different location after I had discussed with sales man Naz(who is useless). I waited over 3.5 weeks from deposit to actually getting a date to pick up my car. Found CDs, scratches, chips and a deodorant in my car after collecting it along with the parcel shelf being removed. AVOID this cowboy outfit
