I’m very disappointed with this company. Within less than four months of purchasing the car, it broke down twice. Despite this, they only provided a courtesy car and garage slot for repairs after we threatened legal action.The steering rack was completely damaged. The first repair, which cost us £2,700, had numerous issues including gearbox problems, an oil leak, missing bolts in the gearbox, and a burnt-out clutch and flywheel — all within just four weeks of purchase.The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. It seemed like no one was informed properly, and nothing was communicated effectively. The reception staff at Sighthill were particularly rude and unfriendly.To make matters worse, the courtesy car provided was not taxed, and when we tried to contact them, the phone lines were constantly busy, so we couldn’t get through.Overall, a very frustrating experience.
