I will never ever, ever, ever use this company specifically the Falkirk branch again. I went to test drive a car (which by the way the let me test drive with the car being without its MOT). I was told that we had 7 days from when I test drove the car to decide if we wanted it. I was told that if I put a £100 deposit down, then it could go towards my £500 deposit of the car but if I decided in the 7 days that I no longer wanted the car I could get it back. Today I called asking for the refund and was told “I’m wasting their time”. It was a very unprofessional and accusatory phone call. Nav made me feel belittled and bad for changing my mind when: 1- that is a basic human right 2- That is a fundamental consumer right I was given an e-mail to contact after the phone call regarding my dispute only for it to bounce back. I am disgusted and I recommend everyone stay clear from this branch or avoid putting a deposit down because you won’t get it back.
