The used car valuation was poor buy we were told that's the case if your not buying any of their over priced other products. We waited 50 mins past our appointment timewith two young children whilst the arogant uninterested salesman Kris sat taking with other customers and his own staff. The car was dirty inside, had zero range on the fuel gauge and had the tyre pressure light on. We were given no new owners slip from the log book the service book is unstamped and forced to pay £250 deposit and they withheld the spare key until we brought them the log book. The handover was the worst I've experienced and we weren't even walked out to the vehicle. Disgraceful
