I am extremely disappointed with the level of after-sales service provided by this company. While they appear professional and attentive when you are in the process of purchasing a car, their attitude changes significantly once the sale has been completed.

After purchasing my Hyundai DL70 BFO from their Gloucester office less than a month ago, I began experiencing issues with the vehicle. Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get hold of anyone for advice or support.

Whenever I call using my registered number, the automated system immediately recognises my details but fails to connect me to a representative. However, when I call from a different, unregistered number, my call is returned promptly. This gives the impression that existing customers are being deliberately ignored once a purchase has been completed.

It is very disappointing to realise that the kindness and professionalism shown during the sales process do not extend to after-sales support. A company’s true standard of service is measured by how it supports its customers after the purchase — not just before.

I hope this matter can be addressed urgently, as I simply want to speak to someone regarding the issues with my vehicle.

Adam at Halesowen was fantastic, and he offered great service. He was patient with my questions, test drive and requests. After explaining I no longer had a car following an accident, and the courtesy car had now been collected. He made the MOT happen the next morning and sorted all the documents out for the car for me.

I am super grateful, and will be coming to Carsa again in the future. Thank you again

They were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout — nothing felt rushed or pressured, and everything was handled efficiently and transparently.

Buyer beware!

I have bought a polestar off Carsa within the last 30 days. The car has a series of major faults with the ABS system, Adas system, BMS, and temperature sensors to name a few. I have tried and tried to reject the car under my consumer rights and they are fobbing me off. i have obtained them a diagnostics report which shows all the issues with the car and again they fob me off. I am 5 days after my original complaint with a car that dangerous and cant be driven. I've asked to speak to a manager and they are always on the phone, and they cant give me a number to call them. I have made 5 calls to them and been made to wait on hold for a total of over 2 1/2 hours and been cut off on 3 occasions.

I don't know what to do and they are so unhelpful. I have resorted to having to speak to the finance company who helped buy the car as Carsa do not respect or comply with the consumer rights act 2015!

I bought my car in October 2025. It had a dangerous braking fault, despite the fact that the company advertises a very thorough safety inspection of all the cars prior to sale. When I bought the car back, they made it difficult for me to exercise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act to swap for a more suitable item. Eventually, I managed to get a new car, but they owed me some money back. It took weeks to get the money that they owed me back until I threatened small claims court, where all of a sudden, they found the money and sent it immediately. There was no urgency in dealing with my issue. I was forced to keep hold of a faulty car even though the company knew it had a dangerous braking fault. There was poor communication, lack of response to my emails, even when marked urgent, and the company forces you to pay by BACS transfer so that you do not have the support of a credit or debit card company when they inevitably do not provide the service that they advertise. Avoid at all costs. I would never use them again.

The customer service on it own was amazing, the gentleman who helped me all the way through was very kind and patient. I am quite impressed with service. I had no idea whatsoever about all the processes and they were kind enough to take me through the whole process. Without forgetting the bathrooms were smelling nice and were very tidy.

Great Experience at the Showroom

I visited the showroom twice. The first visit was to test drive a newer model to replace my previous one, and the second was to finalize the purchase, which included a part exchange. During both visits, I encountered friendly, professional, and efficient staff who made the car exchange process smooth by handling all the necessary paperwork. Disappointing Service After Purchase

We purchased a vehicle back in August, and while the initial experience was satisfactory, things took a turn. There was some minor damage to the bumper that the seller promised to fix, which was a positive sign. They mentioned they would reach out with a date for the repair, but I never heard from them. After a month, I emailed to inquire about the car's collection and was offered a courtesy vehicle. However, communication has been lacking, and I have had to reach out repeatedly. It's now been 5 months, and still no courtesy car has been provided. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, as they seem more focused on completing the sale than assisting afterward. This is our sentiment after 5 months.
