Adjuster took 2 days to come out and file report. Meanwhile, I was accruing rental car expenses, which to my surprise, were not covered even though the contract says they were. I had to pay additional funds to the shop that were not fully covered by Carshield, above and beyond my deductible. App and website do not show current status of claims. Calling is spotty and sometimes can be on hold for over an hour. I was asked and harassed by phone and email to provide vehicle history even though the claim was already approved and the vehicle history was not required. I get multiple calls per day from Carshield's competitors asking me to switch over. This started when I joined Carshield. I give you two stars and not one because Carshield did have the integrity to pay most of the cost of a remanufactured transmission, which if not for Carshield, I would have had to scrap my vehicle.
