We've been using this for a year. Overall, it meets our expectations, though it's quite slow. I've checked the loading speed on various devices, and it's not my hardware. Users find the two separate sections (order vs. job) cumbersome, and the slow loading hinders efficiency. Monitoring is still necessary for glitches.
