Had a car shipped from Hartford to Seattle via Prime Track through carshipio during arctic conditions for most of the trip. There was a couple day delay but this was communicated to me beforehand by Said. I was contacted by Alex a couple hours prior to delivery. The car was shipped uncovered so there was some expected road grime but it washed right off. I received the car in excellent condition. Great experience, especially considering the weather.
I want to express my gratitude for all the support provided. Working with this company was a pleasure, especially thanks to a representative who was always willing to assist. I've learned so much about the platform, and the customer service was outstanding. Everything was excellent, truly exceptional.
I dedicated a month to this company, but they never compensated me, even though the amount was quite low for the region. I can provide evidence if necessary. They seem indifferent to negative reviews and their reputation, so I wouldn’t trust them.
We've been using this for a year. Overall, it meets our expectations, though it's quite slow. I've checked the loading speed on various devices, and it's not my hardware. Users find the two separate sections (order vs. job) cumbersome, and the slow loading hinders efficiency. Monitoring is still necessary for glitches.
Since the previous service discontinued, I found this platform to be much more user-friendly and superior in customer service. Every time I needed assistance, a representative was quick to respond and even followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommended!
I've been using this service full-time since the old platform went down. While I’m not a fan of the Order vs. Job layout, the customer service is exceptional. They always respond quickly in chat and will call if needed.
