I ordered on September 1st a bottle of eau de toilette for men JeanPaul Gaultier.My bank card was debited immediately and I received an email in Turkish!!! confirming my order but no purchase order nor tracking number.on September 6, having no news from the site nor having received my package I write to them again... their response: the package will be sent as soon as possible, it is managed by our sales team.on September 11 as I still haven’t received anything, I request the refund of my order.on September 12, Carsi 24 informs me that the ordered product is out of stock!!!!: -(( and offers me to choose something else on their site, which I refuse and ask for a quick refund!on September 14 Carsi24 informs me that the refund has been initiated and requires 1 to 2 weeks to receive it.it’s false because it takes less time for a bank to re-credit my bank card and therefore on this September 25 still nothing receivedso they are liars and thieves DON’T ORDER ANYTHING AT CARSI24!!!
