This service is a total scam! I ordered a lamp and canceled my order the very next day via email. Afterward, I was questioned about my cancellation, and I provided my reasons. For three weeks, there was no response until I contacted the payment service to get my refund. They processed it, and then I received a message claiming the items were on their way, along with an empty tracking link lacking a tracking number. I never received the items, nor was my cancellation acknowledged, yet I received an invoice four weeks later. This was a complete scam! Avoid this service!

I was then asked why I was canceling and I explained the reason.Nothing happened for three weeks until I contacted PayPal because I wanted my money back. PayPal refunded the amount to me. Suddenly, I was contacted and told that the goods were on their way, and I received an empty tracking link without a tracking number. No goods, no tracking number, no acceptance of the cancellation, but I received an invoice four weeks later. So it was a complete scam! Stay away!
I have recently made a purchase for pomegranate serum. After reading the bad reviews here, I was a bit concerned so I have contacted the customer service via chat bot and where I was assured, the item will be sent out. A week later, I have my serum finally at home. I would definitely purchase from carsi24.com again.
I ordered on September 1st a bottle of eau de toilette for men JeanPaul Gaultier.My bank card was debited immediately and I received an email in Turkish!!! confirming my order but no purchase order nor tracking number.on September 6, having no news from the site nor having received my package I write to them again... their response: the package will be sent as soon as possible, it is managed by our sales team.on September 11 as I still haven’t received anything, I request the refund of my order.on September 12, Carsi 24 informs me that the ordered product is out of stock!!!!: -(( and offers me to choose something else on their site, which I refuse and ask for a quick refund!on September 14 Carsi24 informs me that the refund has been initiated and requires 1 to 2 weeks to receive it.it’s false because it takes less time for a bank to re-credit my bank card and therefore on this September 25 still nothing receivedso they are liars and thieves DON’T ORDER ANYTHING AT CARSI24!!!
I wish I checked the reviews before I made an order but I was excited they had the items I were looking for. Wrong!!! They later told me they had NONE (6!!!) of my items so why you advertising them? I was offered substitutes instead and then they said pick something else from the site! They obviously don’t like to part with OUR money even when they can’t deliver the goods they’re wrongly advertising. I’ve been told twice now that a refund has been issued but I won’t hold my breath.
I am very unhappy. They couldn’t send me a tiny necklace. I ordered dozens of clothes from another site, and they arrived in France from Turkey in three days. But this site has repeatedly delayed and has not sent me my product. I ask FedEx, and they say they haven’t delivered the product to us. I ask the site, and they keep saying it will arrive this week, just to delay me. I will never recommend this to my friends or anyone around me. It is the worst site I have ever encountered!
