I ordered some supplements that my doctor asked at 30 of May with urgency (I wrote them on WhatsApp that it was urgent). It has been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my parcel yet. On the website it says 5-8 business days. It is not right to say this and deceive people when you still haven’t received the parcel in 3 weeks. I wrote 2 times to their WhatsApp number and asked, but they just copy and paste the same thing. "Hello, the customs process took longer than expected, we have contacted Fedex to complete the process, we are waiting for it to be completed, the link shared to you will be updated after the customs process is completed."They have horrible customer service. Probably scam and I will never see my order. Normally Turkish customer services are really good so I am definitely surprised with their service in a bad way. My advice is don’t spend your time and money to order from them. Japan is shipping faster than them.
