I bought full insurance on the car thinking that I was fully covered. When I returned the car, there were some small scratches on the underside of the front bumper that were only visible if you actually looked under the car. They claimed that the scratches were not covered by insurance and made me wait for over an hour while they discussed the damage with the "investor" that owned the vehicle to assess the damage. I have no confidence that they will attempt to fix the scratches or repair the car in any way, but they are still seeking to keep a portion of my security deposit. I feel that they may have targeted me as I am a foreigner. I would not recommend renting from this company.
