I was appalled by the poor quality of the pricey garment I ordered online. It's no surprise they don't permit customer reviews on their site. The quality and construction are below even 'fast fashion' standards. What was marketed as an elegant seasonal coat looks more like a cheap lab coat costume. I plan to return it, but judging by other reviews, I might end up losing the $100 I spent right before the holidays. Thanks for nothing!
